Our Hotel provides all conveniences of a modern accommodation combined with the charme of one of the oldest family-breweries in Cologne. Tradtional waiters called “Köbesse” serve regional cuisine in our private brewery. The modern Event Location „Anno 1858“ provides space for up to 150 persons. The rooms are equipped with a Flat-Screen, free WiFi, a safe as well as a bathroom, including a hairdryer.

++++Attention: The city of Köln charges an overnight stay tax of 5% on the room accommodation rate from 01.12.2014, which needs to be paid by the guests. You reach from the in 2015 open hotel to the malt mill at few walking minutes the Cologne Cathedral, the fair, the Rhine, museums, the shopping miles and the central station. More centrally it does not go. And also not more comfortably. In some rooms from Superior category there is a beer tap Bierzapfhahn in the bathroom (mill Kölsch is not included in the price); baby beds on inquiry, extra beds: 20 EUR per night. The “Hotel zur Malzmühle” which opened up in 2015 is located at “Heumarkt” in the historic centre of Cologne. The famous cathedral “Kölner Dom”, “Schildergasse”, Central Station and the fair “KölnMesse” lay close within a walking distance of just a few minutes. Parking is available on request. The most of our rooms provide a cathedral view.
